Whether you or your company are looking for housing in The Hague, Rotterdam or its surroundings we are glad to be at your service. There are NO agency fees on any of our listings. In fact all of our services are based on the ‘no cure, no pay’ principle. May you have found any of our properties interesting a free viewing tour will be organized with a member of our sales team. Viewings usually take place within business hours, however we are occasionally flexible to proceed in the evenings and the weekends as well. Once your new home is found, there is an administration cost of only 250 Euro. (excl. V.A.T.)

You will be guided through the whole process from the beginning, assured to sign for the most favorable conditions in your tenancy agreement made by a professional legal counsel, and receive personal assistance until the end of your stay.
That said, you will be assisted with basic settlement issues such as applying for utilities, registering with the city hall, requesting a parking permit etc as well.
You can contact us 7 days a week for inconveniences and problems you may have during your stay in the property. You may receive this service according to our ‘no cure, no pay’ principle for a low fee of 1 month rent (excl. V.A.T.).
 

Requirements

If you rent an property through our agency, we need the following data:

-    Copy of your passport / ID card and visum.
-    Copy of your employee agreement or a statement form from your Company  
-    Copy of your salary slip (most recent)
 
If the company is renting the property:
-    Copy of Chamber of Commerce
-    Copy of the person with a proxy
-    Copy of the passport of the employee
