Verra Real Estate does not charge any extra costs for these services. All of our products are based on the ‘no cure, no pay’ principle. If you found the houses your are looking for we can plan a free viewing-tour with a member of our team. These viewings are possible 7 days a week and also in the evening.

Deal and costs

If you want to rent a house through Verra Real Estate you will sign a pre-tenancyagreement. In this legal offer you will state under which conditions you want to rent the property. Verra Real Estate will negotiate in the best way for you. If the landlord agrees upon your offer, an agreement is made. Verra Real Estate will make the invoice for the tenant with the first month of rent, the deposit and the brokerage fee.
The costs of the broker activities of Verra Real Estate are one month rent of the askingprice exclusive taxes (V.A.T.). If the property will be rented inclusive utility and servicecosts, the brokeragefee will be the month rent including those costs exclusive taxes.  
 

Requirements

If you rent an property through our agency, we need the following data:

-    Copy of your passport / ID card and visum.
-    Copy of your employee agreement or a statement form from your Company  
-    Copy of your salary slip (most recent)
 
If the company is renting the property:
-    Copy of Chamber of Commerce
-    Copy of the person with a proxy
-    Copy of the passport of the employee
